Im Rahmen eines internen Wettbewerbs entwickelten wir ein Konzept für ein öffentliches Gebäude in Bremen-Walle, das bestehende Wegeverbindungen aufgreift und das Quartier stärker vernetzt. Der Entwurf – ein offenes Bildungs- und Kulturzentrum – schafft mit durchlässigen Höfen und flexiblen Raumstrukturen neue Aufenthaltsqualität und stärkt die soziale Infrastruktur im Stadtteil. Der konzeptionelle Ansatz spiegelte sich auch in offenen Grundrissen und einer stark ideenbasierten Darstellung wider.

As part of an internal competition, we developed a concept for a public building in Bremen-Walle that reconnects existing pedestrian paths and strengthens the neighborhood’s urban fabric. The design – an open center for education and culture – introduces new spatial qualities through permeable courtyards and flexible layouts, enhancing the district’s social infrastructure. The conceptual approach is reflected in open floor plans and a strongly idea-driven presentation.
